Dr. Sara graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences in 1994 and has been in practice on the Southside of Des Moines ever since. She is also Certified in Acupunture and is now a Certified Functional Medicine Physician. She attended undergraduate at Wartburg College. She is married and has 2 boys. She loves to run, kayak and hike. She also likes to visit the national parks and attend sporting events.

Chiropractic manipulation
Dr. Neil is here to evaluate your injury and find the cause of your pain and come up with a treatment plan that best suits your needs. We use manual manipulation, activator technique, and use physiotherapy and exercise instruction.
acupuncture Treatment
ACUPUNTURE Dr. Sara will provide and evaluation and come up with a treatment plan using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques using acupuncture needles. It is a very gentle and relaxing treatment to provide relief for a variety of issues.
Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine is finding the ROOT CAUSE of disease. Dr. Sara will perform a complete history and evaluation including a full panel of bloodwork to help us figure out what is causing your symptoms. We offer a variety of nutrition products including Nutri-dyn and Standard Process.
